Most our order are make-to-order. We typically take seven-fourteen business days to process all orders however owing to the pandemic we cannot commit to the above mentioned timeline. Due to government restrictions certain areas, workshops and cities continue to remain locked down or in containment zones. We appreciate your love and support, understanding and patience in these unprecedented times.

How much shipping will be charged?

Depends on the region the shipment is being shipped to. The final charges will reflect upon checkout. You can add the product you want to the cart and follow the print till shipping page to get a quote before you make the final purchase.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times will vary by item, label and country of delivery. Ideal delivery timeline will be between 2 to 8 weeks depending on the designer we are working with for the POP UP. We will update you at each step of the shipping cycle.

Can I redirect my order after I have already submitted the order?

If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request an address replacement by contacting us. It is not possible to change addresses once your order is already shipped.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses?

At the moment we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses due to courier restrictions.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box. (Please keep the external packaging material for our courier partners to inspect.)

How much duties and taxes will i have to pay?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within India. Please note taxes and duties are chargeable as applicable. Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount.
